  • Third-Party Processing: We utilize SendGrid as our email service provider to ensure reliable delivery of your messages. Your data is processed by SendGrid solely for the purpose of technical transmission and is not used by them for any other reason.

  • Retention: We may retain your name and email address perpetually within our internal systems to maintain a record of our business communications.

  • Your Rights: We will never sell your information to third parties or share it for marketing purposes outside of Pricing Platform Inc. You may, at any time, request that we delete your contact information from our records by emailing us at [[email protected]].

  • Technical Necessity: We only share your data with third parties when it is technically required to operate our service (such as our email vendor and hosting provider).

2. Comments & Blog Posts

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist in spam detection.

  • Gravatar Service: An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

     

  • Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
